Good to be Back!

So we are now two whole sessions into a pre-season. After a good hit out on Thursday night, the boys had a good workout Saturday morning. The flexibility of a Saturday allowed the groups to be staggered in arrival so as to allow more time in the nets.

There are a few sore bodies as you would expect since working in isolation is not the same as the intensity of being in a group. Just the same as training is never quite the same as actual match day.

That said, the group all look very fit and the mood is very good. The flip side of the long lockdown is that the excitement of being able to be back in the group and preparing for the season will last well into the early part of this delayed season.
